Basically, the idea of this application is to capture information relating to the individuals officiating in cricket matches and grounds used to play cricket matches, and generate a periodical statement (along with emailing the relevant portion of the statement to the concerned officials). ## Deliverables Basically, the idea of this application is to capture information relating to the individuals officiating in cricket matches and grounds used to play cricket matches, and generate a periodical statement - of the remunerations due to the officials and the rent due to the grounds (along with the facility to email relevant portions of the financial statement to the concerned officials / ground officials). Screen shots of the prototype of the application attached. Preferably, need a similar application - or if someone has a better way to do it, I wouldn't mind giving that a look as well. Few other things: 1. Needs to be a desktop based application 2. Only users with username and password must be able to enter data into the application, but anyone can view the information and generate reports. 3. A back-up of the database must be created everytime something is entered/edited using the application.
