Looking for someone with extensive working knowledge of Microsoft word who can format tables. Roughly around 10 hours work.

Would need a Microsoft form developed based on attached file. When using the form would need the ability to take photos or insert them from photo library. Would need form to use a QR code so when you scan it the form will populate and have email address it should route too. Will need the ability to send the responses from the forms as well as the pictures to others. If there is anyway to have the submission write to a list. The attachments save to each line item on the list but all of the pictures submitted save to a folder for that form. Hoping the form can be edited if needed.

Set up a windows based server or local application that will host 18 monitored and restricted clients with a user database similar to an internet cafe or classroom environment. Around 1000 users database that will be used in any of the 18 clients in the network to connect and run 3-5 applications locally or remotely. Each user can log in and use apps on the server or on the local client for 2 hours every week. Any unused time left on the account will reset back to 2 hours every Sunday morning. Clients and servers need to be protected from unauthorized changes and OS vandalism.

I have a set of old documents that I scanned using an OCR scanner. The Scan?OCR process gave me the word file, but the file needs a ton of editing and re-formatting. I assume there are services out there that do this sort of conversion work much more professionally than I can do at home with my scanner. I am unable to attach the original scanned pdf because it is an 88-page pdf and the file size exceeds the 25 MB limit. However, I can attach the Microsoft Word after the conversion process , and I am attaching it herein. As you can see, the conversion process picked up a ton of garbage from the original pdf. The word File badly needs editing and formatting. Who can do this for me? I can separately share the original pdf via dropbox or similar service....
