Modify an existing Windows Forms utility class

I have a Windows Forms control which is very similar to CRectTracker and provides a method of editing rectangles using eight standard grab-handles. The control enables the user to modify the position of Windows Forms controls at run time. The control uses a host form or panel as its parent and can modify the position and size of child windows within that parent. This control requires update to the following specification. #1 Grab-handles must be displayed on top of all child windows within the parent form or panel. #2 The object requires a feature that prevents the rectangle represented by the control from being turned "inside-out" in other words, the top-left handle should not be able to move past the bottom-right handle. This feature should be enabled by a property so the default works in the same fashion as the current object behavior. #3 I need a new feature that enables an array of these objects to be used together in synchronization. When several controls are selected a track-rectangle should be displayed upon each of them and moving and sizing should follow rules similar to that displayed when multiple objects are selected in the Microsoft Visual Studio design system. The candidate will require expert knowledge of Windows Forms and the use of the win 32 APIs through Interop. candidates must also have Visual Studio 2003. ## Deliverables 1..Deliverables. No open source, GNU, GPL or other source code will be accepted. 4..This contract will be considered as a "work for hire" under united states contract law. ## Platform .NET framework 1.1 and all supporting platforms
