Matroska/MKVToolNix Windows GUI

We are looking for 2 simple MKVToolnix GUI's (The frontend UI UI can be written as you see fit (even Delphi ;-) just know that the MKVToolnix is in C/ASM) for two (2) different but related applications. Not familar with the Matroska MKVToolNix have a look here: <[login to view URL]> it features [mkvmerge][1], [mkvinfo][2] and [mkvextract][3] and allows you to MUX Matroska tracks. General GUI Requirements 1 - UI's supports drag-n-drop for 'picture' and 'audio' files 2 - UI's 'show' each track 3 - UI's allows a simple Record/Play 4 - Record function must be OGG audio and in the options 5 - Each picture/audio file is to be a 'track' 6 - UI's allow a preview of the current 'track' 7 - UI's have an area to input 'time' to show the picture in the track. For example, if a user had not audio with the picture... it would show the picture for XX seconds before it moves to the next track/picture. 8 - UI's feature s very simple Next or Finish to MUX the file into tracks. 9 - UI's when clicked 'Next' then stores that 'track' and moves to the next 'track'. The file is not MUX'ed till the user presses 'finish'. 10 - When the user presses 'finish' it brings them to an options page to review the settings for each 'track' and make any changes needed. Now outside of MKVToolnix... you will need to add a small OGG encoder for the Record/Play function and have an option for bitrate. Above is the general function of the GUI's... I will give the final bidder the specifics of each GUI design. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows.... GUI can be anything that is compatible with MKVToolnix.
