Email Migration from Xneelo(outlook) to G-suite(keep outlook sync)

I'm looking for someone to assist with migrating information from my current Xneelo (Outlook) platform to G-suite to keep Outlook sync. I will not need any help setting up the users, emails and accounts as I have staff that can do that. Instead, I require assistance with migrating all email, calendar, and contact information from my Xneelo to G-suite. If you have experience performing such a task, I would be grateful for your help. We can handle the MX record changes, but would need advice on how to do it to make sure we have only a little bit of interruptions. It is only for 7 users.
