I need an excel spreadsheet created so that I can manage my expenses for work. I have a ton of receipts and need them put on a spreadsheet for my accountant. I need a document that allows me to input the following: Store where purchased, Date purchased, Item description, Cost per item, quantity, total and I also need formulas to calculate tax for each item, formula for the total and I need 12 pages so I can separate each month, such as January, february etc. I want to be able to click on the bottom as each page should be labeled by month. I then want a page that calculates the total for the year on the last page which would make it a total of 13 pages.
I am a teacher and need to track my expenses for work.
I would also like a template for tracking my personal fuel for work. I want to track each time I have to use my personal vehicle for work and the spreadsheet should allow me to input date, time left and arrived, cost of fuel, where fuel purchased, basically everything that is on a receipt I want a spot for. Remember its for tax purposes.
I may want to have other spreadsheets created in the future so please keep that in mind if you decide to take this on and help me.
