However I'm bidding as I know very very well Design Spark (working for more than 20 years with its genuine program EASY_PC from which the Design Spark was made as a "brother" program under contract for RS). The bid is valid only if your requirements are for a pcb of maximum 2 layers, and not more than 100 components SMT or THU (excluding the use of BGA IC packages)!
