Soft: Cadence Virtuoso (IC CAD 12.3 to 6.1.6) I don't know what type of pdk you have....I can provide design in TSMC 130nm with spectre /Hspice simulation result data If you can provide all the necessary files can deliver project within 12 hours having LVS and DRC cleaned.
