Electromagnetic Waves and Transmission

Before bidding you MUST be familiar with , Sadiku “Elements of Electromagnetics”, 4th Edition and also know the following subjects Theory and applications of transmission lines. Transmission-line equations and four transmission-line parameters, pulses on transmission lines, and impedance matching techniques, scattering matrix, microstrip line, coplanar waveguides, and various microwaves transmission components understanding of the electromagnetic wave propagation in free space and transmission lines are very critical in designing a communication system. In view of the above, the purpose of this course in applied electromagnetics theory is to provide the necessary understanding and design background of electromagnetic wave propagation, transmission line theory, Smith chart for impedance matching of transmission lines, various transmission line media, and a brief introduction to the antennas.
