Just to give you summary of myself. To begin with majority of my experience of over 11years comes from a customer service background starting from an agent level. I had placed myself in every role within a contact center environment from and agent, subject matter expert, trainer, quality analyst, forecasting expert, reporting analyst and a team lead to a managerial role for a team of over 150 agents reporting to 9 separate team leaders handling email, inbound and back-end processes.
To add on I had proven success in my current job position though it is freelance job solely through the implementation of my knowledge on customer service skills and my experience in negotiating with Chinese customers. I also had proved that my knowledge within this industry is remarkable as I was awarded the top performing negotiator for the branch.
