As per your proposal, you need some one who can manage ecommerce customer support system. I had managed for approx 2 years ebay account of UK based clients including product upload, management and complete customer support management. The store got perfect rating for excellent after order support quality. I also managed ecommerce stores based on prestashop for short span of time.
