I can do the analysis. You mentioned your budget is 50 USD. I suppose the problem whatever you wanna solve in ansys would not be nonlinear / CFD or any other lengthy one. I can take electromagnetic, thermal, structural and even coupled analyses for simpler geometry. It should not take more than few hrs to solve.
