En este operador para enviar SMS debes conectarte a la plataforma llamada PM mediante el protocolo SMPP 3.4, es esta plataforma la que conversa con el SMSC para enviar los mensajes. Enviaremos SMS con un pequeño texto y una URL. Los textos de los SMS ya se encuentran en 2 columnas de la BD en Phpmyadmin. Simplemente deben rescatarse de ahi. Por tratarse de numeros cortos de suscripción la interacción es mixta (MO y MT), PM acepta solo modo Transceiver.
