I'm a residential contractor and need help with a permit for orange county, FL. They are asking me for an information that my actual engineer can't provide to me. " Previous comment not addressed. Update plot plan to include proposed installation and required swale and details. There are impervious surfaces within 20 feet of the property line. Therefore, the plan must show swales to prevent runoff from impacting adjacent property. Swales can either provide storage or convey runoff to the county right of way. If proposing storage, all volume retention calculations must be shown on the plan. If conveying, plan must provide 1 percent site grading which must be demonstrated with elevations.
