550 page web site 3 weeks

I have a government entity who is paying me weekly upon deliverables. Here is the break down: 1st Week--165 pages--THIS FRIDAY 4/25 2nd Week--191 pages--FRIDAY 5/2 3rd Week--170 pages--FRIDAY 5/9 A total of apporximately 526 pages. This is for a local government in the USA. I believe I need more than one individual, a team of people working on this project doing QUALITY work. The site is based on a master page in Microsoft Expressions and uses menu controls for different navigation on each departmental page utilizing C#. They gave project to me last minute. But the good thing is that they layed it out exactly how they want it to look in Word documents. So the master page is done, so the content pages are whats left. These just require a little css (sheet already done) and tables. I expect that if you bid for this, you can handle the workload and get things done. I know this Friday for 165 pages may seem tight. I am one person and really and literally cannot do this by myself in time alloted. I would need to be in constant communication via Im, Skype or Email. Please be experienced in asp.net, ms web expressions and every facet of web development. I am going to tell my client it is not feasible to finsish first phase by this Friday unless you think you have the resources to do so.
