Transfer a Wordpress site to a new server

Need to have an existing Wordpress site transferred to another server. Both the old server and the new one have cPanel installed. A cPanel full backup/move file was created on the old server and FTP'd to the new one. When the restore was done on the new server, it failed to create the Wordpress MySQL database and produced this error message: ---------------------------- "The system failed to reinstall the MySQL database “drjo3205201223” as “drjo3205201223” because of an error: The MySQL server reported an error (Unknown collation: 'utf8mb4_unicode_520_ci') in response to this request: CREATE TABLE" ---------------------------- This project requires two outcomes: 1. Determine why the MySQL database won't install and solve the problem so the Wordpress site successfully loads on the new server 2. Document the process so it can be used for additional transfers of sites between these servers in the future. Provided for this project: - Full cPanel backup file from old server - Access to the new server via cPanel - Access to the new server via SSH if required
