Good day! I believe my work experience is in line with the job offer. I have worked with an e-commerce company (therosedress),wherein I basically handle chat and email support, image uploading and providing product info. From inquiries of order down to returns and refund processing. I also worked as VA for several client including paralegal tasks. More of admin work and secretarial job such as handling email, phone calls, social media management and anything that could be done virtually. I also worked Phone Operator with a moving company (movers and moving). It is more of inbound call handling and data entry. I also have a call center background, worked with JPMChase and Western Union. In addition I have a very reliable internet connection which is 5mbps at the moment but can be upgraded up to 20 mbps.
