Create a Text Box So User Content Entered can be Reformatted

I need someone to create and install HTML and JavaScript code for a one-page subdomain in WordPress that uses the Astra theme. (The Astra theme has a free plugin to embed JavaScript on a WP page, but you can do that however you want.) The page will have a textbox that a visitor can use to modify text they have typed, pasted in, or that will be extracted from a url they have entered. When the text is pasted in or extracted from a URL, it needs to retain all of the HTML elements and not immediately convert to plain text. You will not need to design anything else on the page except the settings and text box areas. There should be a settings area above the text box that will allow the user to customize how they want the text reformatted. The available settings will be somewhat similar to Bing’s “Immersive Reader” but with different options. There will be dropdown menus so the user can choose from 7 specific fonts or from any additional Google fonts, 11 font sizes, 8 specific background colors or a custom choice, 7 margin widths, and 6 different line spacings. There will also be a toggle on/off choice for 2 additional reformatting choices. A user can select or deselect the option to change all text that is italics to no italics, blue and bold and another to change underlined to no underline, blue and bold. The default for both of those choices will be selected and with the option to deselect. After all the settings choices are made there will be a submit button called “Optimize!” that will initiate all the selected formatting changes. The user can read the reformatted content online or they can click a “Copy” button to copy the content to read offline. The subdomain is already set up. I have attached a comprehensive list of instructions to help you understand the exact specifics. I will leave most of the design elements up to you. It should be simple, clean, and user-friendly. Ideal candidates for this project would be those with a strong background in web development and design, particularly with WordPress and JavaScript, as these skills are essential for the role.
