Hello, I registered a domain name with BlueHost, and now need a step-by-step guidance on its further setup. Specifically: * create email accounts within the new domain * see how the link between BlueHost and WordPress works * understand how to make basic pages in WordPress * create a test home page * make this home page visible over Internet * understand how to embed online payment functionality * any other collateral topics which may come up. This would be a 1-2-hour session over Skype, I will share my screen, you will guide me what to do while commenting how it works.
