Convert a Template to a Website

Hello, we are looking for someone who can turnaround a coding project really fast over the weekend ideally. It should be very quick and simple. The task is to take images and add CSS texts on them where needed and create a few pages with HTML and CSS based on the images provided. We will then add a backend to this ourself with plugins and other database but the front end needs to be spot on and created with code. We need this coded in a way that will allow us to translate the website in other languages too. Images are no good (unless we provide translated text on images). Please talk to me and tell me if you think there is a faster and better route to take. We ideally need to launch this first thing in the morning on Monday GMT (8:30 am). We need the following pages: -Home - Can use current home page design and code if you can inspect it. -Product category pages - Can use current page if you can inspect the code. -About page - This is very simple, 3 images with text on top. -Product info page - Three images with text on top. -Delivery page - 1 image with text and then big images and text under. -Check out page - Needs to be designed based on an image but can have same code as current with better formatting. Most of the text and images are provided and only need copy and paste. We will link all the payment and functions but the design needs to be 100% working and up to business standards.
