Apply curved text option to dynamic content using js

I have a website which creates cards for customers to personalise. The text I add in admin, creates input fields in front end for customers to input their own details, then using the parameters set in admin (ie font size, font, position etc...) the card is generated and formatted accordingly. You can see the system by going to [login to view URL] I need to add an additional format feature from admin, for the dynamic text. This is a curved text format, implementing from the following example: [login to view URL] In the admin section of my website, I can add a straight text box. I want to be able to add a curved text box as well and format it.
