Configurations on my shopping site with Zen Cart - 2 Tasks

I have already own a shopping site, [login to view URL], which is selling rhinestones online. In this project, you will need to do: (1) Enable the URL for SEO, I want to see [login to view URL], instead of [login to view URL] (2) Change the words in the Menu Bar (two buttons in total), and link it to two static page respectively. Now the Menu Bar is having "Features Product" and "Special Products", which I don't like, I want it to become "Colour Chart" and "FAQ". AFter you have created the new button, please let me know how I can edit the static page in the admin panel of zencart. I hope this can be finished within 5 working days.
