Bigcommerce - All the Custom "Add to Cart" images etc. for the links are broken

We have custom buttons for Add to Cart, Subscribe, Checkout etc. As of yesterday these Images are gone, the links are there but because they are white on a white background they are invisible. We need someone to check and repair the images so that they show up again. The image files are in the template but for some reason they're just not being pointed to so that they show up on our site. We would prefer that you are familiar with BigCommerce and the structure that their templates have.
