BigCartel Store Design

I need someone to customize a clothing store i have on Big Cartel ([login to view URL]). I have the design and the person who takes up this project just needs to create the store using the design layout i provide. The service provider must also implement the design on my BigCartel store and make sure everything is running okay. I will be wanting to point the store to a specific domain. I also have a separate web hosting account set up to host images if needed (unless an image hosting service is best). I have attached the store layout i want, please DO NOT BID unless you can give me the design I want. Please only bid if you worked on or used a Big Cartel store in the past. Please see the layout i have attached, this is how i want the store to look. The store should be completed within 3 weeks of taking on the project. Note: I already have a Big Cartel platinum site so I have all the features they offer.
