Build a Responsive Website (1-2 Pages)

Looking for a Developer who is capable of developing Responsive Website Targeting Desktop, Mobile & Tablets. This is a Prototype Project to identify Right Freelancer for my upcoming Project and there is Scope of Awarding the Project to more than 1 Freelancer (Depends) and the one who provides the best out come will be engaged for next modules on the Project. Clarify all the Project Requirements in Detail through Discussion before Awarding the Project to Save my Time. You need to provide your Similar Past work for Reference to consider for Awarding the Project. You need to Provide me Scheduled Time to complete the Project and COMPLETE IN TIME. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I need One or Two Page Responsive Web Site which Retrieves and displays Existing Data & Update Data. PAGE DETAILS Use Multi view with 2 Views. First view (Guest View) is displayed if Session doesn’t exist & Second View (Member View) is is Displayed if session exists. Elements in View 1 (GUEST VIEW) Login Form & List of Active Districts. A Guest upon clicking a District will Update the Page with Image Banners, List of Clubs and Basic Details of Members (Club Wise) in that District. Elements in View 2 (LOGGED IN MEMBER VIEW) If the Session Exists, the Member will be able to See only his Own District Details which are Banner Images, List of Active Clubs, List of Active Members in Detail (Club Wise). Logged in Member has Option to Edit / Update Club Details and Members Details based on Logged in Members Credentials. Note: Session will Continue till User Submits Logout Button. Code preference is VB.Net. Database Used is MS SQL. Will share the Server Details as required.
