PHP Script Template Design

Hello freelancers. I am in the early stages of starting my own URL shortening service and need a designer to enhance the user experience. I am running a URL shortening PHP script so the site itself is fully functional, i just need the actual design/template creating. There are a number of pages on the site which all need updating with the new design. In the PM please show me examples of your portfolio and explain the design process you work with.
