555947 Logo Design 1 Color

I need a logo design in vector format including all formats on a clear background. I want one version in white text and another in black version. i need it in 300dpi for printing purposes. If you look at the attached image. #1 is what I need you to design. I need it all the same color. The image in light grey was not to be like that. It should be black like the rest of the text. I need this logo in #1 to be the same style and text as the box #2. #2 in the image is style I like and I need to make box #1 look like #2.
