Facebook Business Page Developed + Ebook + Logo

Project Description: I need a business Facebook page designed. I have a short 30 min. video that describes the setup and design concept I need created for the FB page. The person selected will need to watch the 30 minute youtube video. I will need at least one custom FB application created. The FB app will be used in conjunction with a free e-book that will be offered to people to collect their names and emails while person in still within FB - so a FB landing page (not sent to my website for them to enter name and email). I also need some help teaching me how to create and add IMAGES to a link post on FB (image must be uploaded to status - not a thumbnail). This is not a big deal, I just have never done it before. Additionally, the 100 page e-book I referenced earlier needs to be put together. It is fully written in microsoft word - it just needs a little bit of graphics and organization to be made to look nice in pdf form. A ebook cover needs to be designed as well. I also will need a logo designed. I have some vague concepts developed in my head, so I just need a little time spent and some of your creative design thoughts to make it look great. My budget is now a firm $85.
