Loadtime from multiple sources of API integration

Technologies: ASP.Net MVC 5 as application framework, WebAPI 2.2 for internal data exchange, Inversion of Control with Unity, Azure WebJobs for scheduled tasks execution, Entity Framework 6, LINQ to SQL as data access frameworks, REST, SOAP, CSV files for external data exchange Components: Bootstrap 3 for UI design, jQuery for UI interactions, jQuery UI for extended UI components, KnockoutJS as MVVM implementation, [login to view URL] for external data parsing Integrations specification: Each integration is implemented as an extension to existing system thanks to usage of Unity. Depending on the partner integration implementation, our data handlers can be divided to third types: Dynamic, Static, Mixed Dynamic ones are using SOAP or REST services to obtain data, regarding to user specified criteria without the need of storing the data in our database prior to request. Static ones based on scheduled procedures updating database contents, provide the data for user requests from our databases, populated with data periodically provided by our partners. Mixed ones combine both approaches, where detailed data of the properties are stored in our databases and the information about availabilities of properties are retrieved from partner’s data sources. During user request, dynamic data is extended with static information from the database. Challenges: This is what you need to solve: Our current main challenge is the optimization of data loading from multiple data sources with minimal impact on user experience (user interface lags, etc.) and some utilization issues with user interface components. The loadtime needs to be very fast when collecting the data from the multiple sources. To give an example: The loadtime should function as it does on www.skyscanner.com.
