One-way link building

I am currently working on building only inbound links to my washington d.c. magazine area web site. I have experience in SEO and using GAF so communication will not be a problem. Below I have specified what I need from you if you choose to accept this project: -Bid for building the links -Estimate of how long you think it will take to develop the 100 inbound links. It should be spread out in a duration of 2-6 months. -Your payment terms (i.e. how much upfront and how much when completed) We will continue using the provider for link building services on this site. Your help is appreciated and we will continue to business with each other. Provide list of link locations. [4] Links should be permanent. [5] Only Genuine SEO techniques will be used. You will not use any black hat techniques. I cannot stress this enough [6] Links must look natural, i.e., should not all be built on the same day etc. They should be added gradually each day. [7] The links should come from sites within the washington magazine categories [8] I will provide example text to go with the link (i.e. anchor text and description). It is expected that these will be varied slightly so that all 50 links do not have the same anchor text.
