We are looking for two virtual assistants: Please read all of the requirements before responding. #1 Virtual Assistant (AV Manager) 0. Part-time (10 hours per week) 1. Need experience working with different timezones (Japan, India and Georgia) 2. Will call and send reminder text messages to the AV Manager about upcoming deadlines and meetings. 3. 1 day a week provide important updates to the AV manager over Zoom/WhatsApp and email 4. Use Google docs to track tasks 5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and using Google docs, calendar, and email 6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (create excel spreadsheets) #1 Virtual Assistant (Founder) 0. Part-time (10 hrs per week) 1. Need experience working with different timezones (Tanzania, Rwanda, Nigeria, Ghana, UAE) 2. Will call and send reminder text messages to the Founder about upcoming deadlines and meetings. 3. 1 day a week provide important updates to the Founder over Zoom/WhatsApp and email 4. Use Google docs to track tasks 5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and using Google docs, calendar, and email 6. Research Google Flights for (UK, Paris) & Africa sent flight information and book 7. Manage the project for creating the new recruiting website in Tanzania. 8. Must speak French, English. Kiswahili or Yoruba is a plus

I am well poised to take this job I have worked as a virtual assistant, QA engineer and a lead gen specialist for various organizations where I have converted major clients like unilever, coca cola, Nescafe and OMD to sales I am good at building databases from Internet searches in google sheets I have worked as a VA. My usual role was to manage Wordpress sites, Quora, Instagram, Fb, LinkedIn profile, Twitter pages, create content, handle chat via olark, respond to inbound queries, web research like finding targeted prospect on some particular market/verticals like account payable, genealogy etc. Thanks, Uttam

Hello, I have read the project description and understood it. I could be a good virtual assistant for AV manager doing all the mentioned tasks in different time zones. I would have supported Founder as well if the language was only English. Let me know if you have any questions and I will be happy to answer. I focus mainly on the quality of work. Used to switch from my time zone (UTC+2) to Japan's (I work part time for a company there), good with the Office suite, immediately available, well organized and on the job 7/7, I also speak French.
