Hiring a Long Term Virtual Assistant with potential of Full Time Position and Increasing Pay

Hello potential candidates, I'm looking for a virtual assistant to help with my daily work. You will be paid by hours, the estimation is about 15 hours/week. This is a long term position, and it's likely to become a full time position (40+hours per week) for outstanding candidate. This is a challenging position as you will need to keep learning different skills/information and creating solutions for tasks without instruction.. The followings are the requirements and responsibilities: Requirement: 1. Having access to internet and a reliable computer 2. Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing and listening.) 3. Having the device/software to make phone calls to Canada/ U.S. 4. Proficient in computer skills and willing to learn new softwares/apps 5. Responsive, being able to complete tasks and available on online for communication and feedback. Responsibilities include but not limited to: 1. Doing online researches. For example, call different companies for pricing, write a summary report; research laws and legislations for certain issues. 2. Booking appointments with potential clients and reps from other companies. 3.. Writing/replying emails/ letters. 4. Gathering information, like the location/name/phone number of all hospitals in a given city. 5. Collecting news from online for given topics. As described, this is a challenging job, and lots of tasks need the candidate to create solutions (like finding ways to gathering data), instead of following step by step instructions. And the candidate will need to learn a variety of skills to complete the tasks. Please read the job description carefully and reply with reasons why you are the best candidate.
