Poised to be engaged in a variety of different ventures from intellectual property development & research to manufacturing, banking and sustainable agri-farming the trusts continual goal is growth for good through conscious capitalism. Indigenous Heritage Trust are looking for a resourceful executive virtual assistant to work directly with founding management with pools of experience and knowledge to complete assigned tasks and projects that will include but will not be restricted to: • Working across multiple projects & time zones. • Taking & making calls. • Managing emails, scheduling appointments, interviews and bookings. • Taking meeting minutes. • Making travel arrangements • Creating organisational systems, online filing, document processing, data entry. • Liaising between multiple teams, passing on directives. • Creating documents & reports. • Communicating and collaborate with sales, design & finance departments and outsourced assistance. • Marketing campaigns, social medial scheduling, content creation and overseeing. As a developing role it’s anticipated to require a minimum of 15 hours per week for the foreseeable future. The following skills are a must: • Expertise in general business best practice. • Able to adapt and work multiple projects and tasks. • Great organisation & communication skills via phone, email, and chat • Strong competence with Microsoft office and IT skills. • Experience in business development & recruitment. • Can use initiative, work smart and utilise available resources. • Knowledge of recruiting, negotiating & outsourcing. The position is only available to the right candidate who can not only perform but shows an interest in the reality of global inclusivity, the provision of opportunity and a mentality geared towards continual development and improvement. Hello, I've gone through the project brief and feel I would be the ideal candidate for this role as the Executive Assitant for Indigenous Heritage Trust. My past work experience has seen me fill customer support roles where I carried out email handling and live chats. I've also done a bit of project management in the past. All these roles have equipped me for this particular position in that I have managed emails, liaised between multiple teams and team members, created documents and reports, have a high degree of familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite and a vast number of other abilities which may suit this role. In addition, my determination to ensure that a project is a success has been a great asset for me and will be for you as well. I hope you consider me for an interview.
