Hi, Matt here and I can help you - have done several web searching and transcribing projects in the past. Each hour of audio requires a minimum of 4 hours to transcribe so I plan to transcribe 90 minutes of your video in one day. Yes, I know I am not among the cheapest bidders yet I work hard to finish the work and double or triple check the work before delivering it (am former technical writer). And I'm incorporated so the hour rate is already minimized to the final acceptable and hopefully affordable for you. Looking forward to your reply, Matt P.S. As part of this bid I will convert final SRT file to VTT format and deliver that, too. The VTT format is now becoming de facto standard for close captions (in web browsers and other devices) because of the additional styling and other features.
