Hey there! I'm looking to hire a full-time video editor to take care of my video editing needs. I'm a video editor myself, so I know what needs to be done, however, I have limited time.
I'm looking for an all-around video editor who can actually edit my videos and make them sound crisp and clear with no fluff!
The video length would be around 10 minutes (approx) or even less than this...
The applicant will help me with a range of tasks majorly to get the video as wanted by incorporating elements below :
1. Video Editing: Do jumpcuts (remove unnecessary words smartly)
2. Adding transitions, scale-up/down, Rollovers to keep the video interesting
3. Adding flash characters to emphasize key points, steps being shown
4. Adding scroller
5. Adding background music
5. Mask to get custom background (although not necessary)
Communicate on asana or slack daily with updates
Display a high level of professionalism at all times
The applicant must speak excellent English - written and verbal. Applicant must be available for at least 5 hours daily (excluding weekends).

Depending on performance workload will increase for the right applicant and pay however budget is pretty low initially!
Requirements:
- Experience with Video editing software like Adobe Premiere
- Experience with creating how-to, step-by-step style videos
- Experience with using online graphic templates e.g Envato
- Experience using Adobe PhotoShop/ Other Photo editing software
