We are looking for a Native Speaking English national to join our Customer Service team Task: -To call clients who left us negative feedback - Some translation Should be available during US Time Start Immediately. Must have customer service experience will get bonus if feedback has been removed.

I used to be a legal customer support agent dealing mostly with irate stock trading clients, so I know how to deal with difficult clients. I am also a Negotiation associate (NBOK), so I have experience in dealing with clients on various levels. And lastly I built two large scale complaints system to track client complaints, and work on how to improve. Lastly I will use skype to direct numbers to call the clients.
