We need to make relatively complex particle animation which will look like a flying spirit.

Usual rate for this kind of work is around 30$ per hour. we are willing to pay total of 7000$ due to right schedule we have. We are based in China, so first of all please describe me payment options. Also we need to find the person, who is the best at what we ask. Price is more then enough, need to get work done fast and reliable. We want the person to be available 15 hours per day everyday starting from today till first of June.
