Need Artist for Low poly style models

Hi guys thank you for looking, The face I want to you reference is in the attach file. It is Andy Whitfield from the TV show Spartacus. You can add a beard if you want to if that makes it easier but I prefer him without one as he is the main character in my game. The body I want you to reference is the Silver Surfer in the instagram. For the whole model keep in mind: 1). Try to use large poly, this is a game for mobile 2). The texture I'm going for is a paper mache similar to ones in the instagram 3). Draw him nude, like the Silver Surfer, we will add clothes later on 4). Use the pirate face style as the reference when you're drawing the reference from the attach picture. Meaning I'm want the layout of Andy Whitfield face to be similar to the pirate but without the beard. 5). You can use the model sheet I provided. I want the character to have a wider waist, like a runner body 6). This program will be for 9 humanoid models, 6 insects models, and 25 weapons and armor So in short I want the model to have Andy Whitfield face but adapted to the pirate face without the beard, you can use his facial hair in the attach picture.
