Hi there. I downloaded your sketches for the design and tunnel steps and I find them very interesting. But I have a few questions. 1) Do you have more detailed drawings, because there is a small mismatch between the "3 steps" PDF and the "platform design" PDF. 2) Do you want still images only? Or do you need animation showing the 3 steps? 3) Do you have any 3d models, or do I have to model everything from scratch? Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - from what i've seen in the attached files you need a railed lifting platform with capstan and sliding second platform 2 - from the beginning, your model has some flaws - the payload being lifted with a single cable is prone to spin alongside the cable axis and not fit through the lower holes 3 - the sliding platform need to sit under the main platform in order to be able extending to the required direction without disturbing the operator 4 - having the sliding platform to move left or right would be kinda challenging, and will require a very good and strong design 5 - for each station (level) will be necessary to have a safety stopper and also a falling down preventer (could be ratchet type, brakes, centrifugal clutch, etc) 6 - didn't figure out how the platforms will be driven, but i guess by electrical motors 7 - i will need some basic dimensions in order to start the design 8 - this is a conceptual design and not a ready for prototyping/manufacturing design. we could discuss about this (manufacturing) with negotiation on the price and time Regards Bogdan
