I'm in need of a support to help me with my payment collections. I'm currently accepting payments via bank transfer, cheques and cash, and finding it difficult to track payments. As such, I'm looking for someone reliable and professional who can call my clients to make payment plans. Key responsibilities will include: - Making calls to clients to establish payment plans - Tracking payments - Regular updates on progress The ideal candidate should have: - Excellent communication skills - Prior experience in a similar role - Strong organisational and tracking abilities - Patience and professionalism when dealing with customers.
