We are seeking someone that can assist w/a few appointment settings for a business. All calls are forwarded to a voicemail that requires prospects to schedule an appointment. Seeking an in-between person who can call prospects after they leave a voicemail & schedule appointments. Will you be able 2 return all calls w/in 24hrs? ALL CALLS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS (excluding holidays and/or weekends). The appointments are very minimum - no more than 1 to 3 per request. Prospects calls received before 3:00 p.m. will be accepted or returned the same business day, preferably within two hours, if possible. Prospects who call after 3:00 p.m. will be advised to that unless it is an emergency the call might not be returned until the next business day.
