I currently work from home office for a real estate brokerage. I'm not an agent nor do I really have anything to do with them. I can do any and all job requirements you have listed. I am simply a virtual short sale processor. All I do is take the properties listed on the site and do tasks everyday on them. This includes making bank and attorney calls, client calls, fax and process paperwork to and from lenders and clients for short sales. I work with excell, office, equator, and many others. I do date input, answering phones, and gathering information on properties and upload docs into the company website. I have also done work which consisted of online research and county tax appraisers websites like to collect information. I can do anything in the office and am fast and efficient. I work for ten an hour and only get around 20 hours. I'm open and free to work any hours and would not mind working for less pay. Thanks! I have also completed all of the required courses to a tank my salesperson license but have not yet taken my state test. Please consider me as I'm ready to work!:)
