Over the years, we have built a large candidate pool in several industries, but in some cases, have lost touch with some candidates. As such, we have legacy candidate data – and this is where this project comes in!
We will provide a specific list of legacy candidates, and we need assistance in someone calling the candidates on the list; confirming their details, and their current role and skills; identifying the industry or industries they can work in; and, hopefully, bringing them back to the organisation as an active candidate to place.
The role will include:
- Cold calling to candidate data provided based on the script provided
- Gathering and confirming information based on the script provided
- Updating the information in the sheet provided
- Returning regular updates on progress, highlighting any active candidates open to exploring opportunities
Once the initial project is completed, we may have further project requirements, to be determined.
