I am looking for a person who can do cold calling and fix appointments for our team with this prospective client. We can provide a database but would prefer an experience appointment scheduling/cold calling consultant to use their own database. For now, we want to focus on Employers/companies/ factories/businesses in Greater Western Sydney or close to Sydney CBD. More details about us have been attached. Background: We are Sydney, NSW-based Australian start-up. We offer recruitment and labor hire services. In order to be successful, we need clients. In our case clients with be the employers. The industries we can cater for permanent recruitment are:- 1)Hospitality 2)Health care 3)IT 4)Call Centres 5)Admin jobs For Labour hire:- 1)Factories 2)Warehouse 3)Aged care homes

My role was an appointment setter, email attendant and lead generator. Reaching SME's and corporations on phone to set an appointment for our specialists to discuss if they are looking for manpower. I've worked as a project manager at Chilli Beans, being responsible for a lockdown emergency e-commerce. I had tasks such as: • Storage/stock count • Making sure any financial transactions between the client and the website were working just fine • Creating the new logo and designs to best serve the taste and style of the company • Coordenating 3 other employees as salers I've worked as a recepcionist too, with a company called Espaço Certo. This company was a co-working renting place. My duties were: • Appoint meetings • Make calls, receive calls and schedule reservations • Receive mail, e-mail and texts • Operating printers, fax, copymachines and etc. I'm waiting for any good news about the job. I have a strong interpersonal skills pleasant phone demeanor and highly developed sense of organization, I can claim a successful appointment setting rate of 80 percent. In my past position, I work in the sales department of a large insurance company that focuses on Super annuation policies in Australia. There are two lists made available to me to those who have the requested information and those who are newly eligible for Super review. I am equally successful with both. My strategy in making calls is to be pleasant informative and helpful. I do my homework and know enough about the service to get them interested. I put those individuals in my call-back file and as the enrollment deadline approaches I call them back increasing my success rate even more.
