Business Transition Marketing Pilot

We're a host Advertising, Talent and Marketing agency transitioning from having a traditional sales team to offering a profit center by license to existing small business owners and professionals that have a sphere of influence surrounding average people with beautiful or unique faces, physiques, figures, voices and/or talent. The profit center by license we offer is also ripe for those small business owners and professionals that may have relationships or contacts with companies that provide lifestyle products and services to the masses that could be interested in increasing brand awareness through interactive media and advertising. We're looking to set up a phone based test market and sell campaign and seek an experienced tele-professional and tele-sales representative to prospect into the beauty care and cosmetology market space to offer our add on profit center license. Qualified candidates should be big picture oriented but able to maintain focus on short term goals as the big picture comes into focus. Candidates should also posses 2 or more years of B2B marketing and/or selling experience and eager to present new and emerging concepts to independants, line managers and owners. The right person must be internet and eMail knowlegeable, and have exeptional written and verbal communication skills... be organized and detailed. We will provide the database of prospects, a hosted phone solution and eMail. If there's a great fit between our needs, what the market will bare and the candidates skill, will and desire to continue; we would entertain full time employment or a longer term contract with the freelancer. We anticipate this to be a 30 hour project at the outset. You can refer to this as a pilot campaign as we'd like to see what the market will bare under this new age business platform.
