Write/ create two sets of easy to read building instructions/ plans for a DIY project.

I need a two sets of building plans written for a DIY project. Each set of plans are for the construction of backyard chicken coops. I will provide the CAD/ graphic designs for each phase of the construction - you will need to write easy to ready instructions to support the pictures. The plans need to be well presented; I will give you the company logo and website address to be included on the plans. You will need to have building experience for this project because not all constructions steps are captured in graphic form - they will need to be explained. My budget is $40 per plan (total budget $80). I anticipate that each set of plans will have a total of 1- 1.5 pages of text. If you have done this work previously please send examples.
