My name is Klajdi and i work as Windows Administrator since 6+ years.I understand that you have the domain installed from your description , but i have to ask do you have an existing exchange and we need to upgrade , or just installing for the first time this mail server? If installing from scratch it would be easier and i can work remotely via team viewer in the weekend and on afternoons , and i think within 2-3 days max everything will be fully functional after doing all the necessary tests.
