Developer to create cashiering software

We are a title and registration agency that serves auto dealers, boat dealers, financial institutions, and other similar institutions. We are looking to develop software to interface with the state's title and registration database (FRVIS) and our accounting software to automate our invoicing. We have access to the cashiering portion of the state's FRVIS database and need to import that information along with our service fees into our Sage accounting software. Outline of software needs below: TAP CASHIERING SOFTWARE Creation of Customer Invoices: When title clerk completes a transaction the cashiering software will retrieve the state fees from the FRVIS database, add appropriate TAP services fees importing information into Sage accounting software to generate and print customer invoice. • Basic tasks: o Collect state title transfer and registration fees from FRVIS database for specific transaction identified by Batch Name/Number. o Determine TAP service fees for the state transaction(s) completed. TAP fees vary by customer and transaction. o Determine credit card admin fees when specified. o Import customer name, batch name/number, state fees, TAP service fees, and credit card admin fee in to Sage software to generate customer invoice o Print two copies of customer invoice to clerk’s state printer. Should have an option to reprint receipt if needed from Cashiering interface without navigating to Sage software. Note that each clerk has a dedicated printer. Calculation of Daily Fee Payment to County Tax Collector: Automate the collection of Fast Title, Branch, and Service Fees that are paid to the county tax collectors. • Basic Tasks: o Gather Fast Title, Branch, and Service Fees by County for specified date from the County Retained Fee & EFS County Retained Fee reports. o Gather the Transmittal Totals for specified date from Agency Transaction & EFS Host Agency Transaction Reports. o Calculate Branch and Service Fees for specific counties. o Using this information calculate the fee payments due to Pinellas County Tax Collector and specified interlocal agreement counties. o Import fee payments into Sage accounting software as a Bill and print one copy. Sales Reporting Information: Pull historical sales information by Day, Week, Month, Year, or specified date range. • Should have the ability to filter the sales report to display State Fees and TAP Service Fees separately
