Sims (building and object placement) for VR

I would like a "The Sims" style game made for VR, for both HTC Vive and Oculus Rift. VRTK is a good option for a quick multi-VR application.  Now this is an architecture application I need built where one can build a house and also be able to walk around it in VR. I would like the game to be built in Unity and need the source code once the program is complete. These are the requirements:- Draw a blue print of walls, stairs and other things needed for a house foundation including the placement of doors, windows- Placement of objects in the house in a grid formation- Objects to place: counters, furniture, lighting, electronics, plumbing. (this is optional, see next)- Ability for us to add new 3D models and add them to specific categories- Ability to change skybox once the user is exploring the house- Save, Load, (optional: upload blueprints and layouts for others to download and edit)
