We are an established and growing AI company seeking a Project & Program Manager with a proven track record of managing successful projects. We have a diverse team and welcome all! Responsibility will include managing a technology integration of a top client along with projects important to day to day operations. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, see ambiguity as an ownership opportunity and be extremely detail and client focussed. Key Responsibilities: -Responsible for implementing and improvising a framework of client solutions with high quality and high-reliability standards -Strategic planning and execution of all aspects of product development including establishing product roadmaps between Product Management and our clients -Supporting all technology and operational tasks for future product offerings -Collaboration with product development and key clients to understand strategic requirements and defining a roadmap for platforms services. -Manage project and program deliverables to budget and time -Communicate effectively across the organization and to our clients to ensure business objectives are being met Key Competencies: -10 years+ managing large scale programs with client interactions -Experience working in an agile environment and working very closely with product developers -Strong leadership and change management experience -Strong presentation skills with proven ability to deliver outcomes for the business -Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate plans into phased actions -Ability to create strategy roadmaps, complex project timelines, project budgets, track and drive complex issues & risks to actions and mitigations -Excellent communication, both written and oral skills -Ability to create presentations on an executive level and client level -Works in collaborative manner, handles high pressure situations in a professional manner to positive outcomes -Provides outstanding customer service, takes ownership of ALL projects -Has a 'can do attitude' – owns mundane to strategic tasks with enthusiasm -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field -Experience delivering solutions to external clients a plus though not required -PMP, Agile training a plus though not required Can't wait to meet you!
